    Default House Fly Control Outside

What do you do to control house flys outside. We can't lay on the patio furniture by the pool because of the damn flies!

How about stepping into a shower at least once a week?

Isn't the fly the designated city bird of Corona, and a protected species?

The trick is to get some chickens, they control the flies pretty well, plus you get the bonus of fresh eggs.

Their is a store in riverside of limonite ava that sells a yellow bottle of [MANNA PRO]Equine Fly & Mosquito spray that hooks up to your garden hose and you just spray the yard down, And it will not kill your grass and is pet safe and it will last about a month and it works good and it will keep every kind of bug away from your yard for sure, It cost $25.00 but it dose the job and well worth It. Also you can find the same kind of stuff a walmart for around $5.00 that is just a normal spray bottle and you spray around the windows and doors of the house to keep them from coming inside but it don't seem to work as good as the other. It is nice we are bug free right now with that stuff sprayed down. Here is the only info on the web that I could find for you. http://www.yellowpages.com/info-5731...ck-Feed-Supply

Take glad bags, fill them with water and hang them up and around the patio. Yes, it works

WTF? Are you talking sandwich bags or garbage bags? Either way, how does this work? I can certainly imagine that the aesthetics of this technique are quite pleasing, and I can just see the conversation when new house guests arrive for a cookout...

"Hey Dilligaf, I"ll bet you're the reason there are so many fkkn flies in this neighborhood. How come you have garbage hanging up all over your patio? You know the city will come pick that crap up weekly, right?"

"No, you guys don't understand, those bags actually keep the flies away."

"Yeah sure Dilligaf, because everyone knows flies are terrified of plastic bags, that's why you almost never see flies near garbage or old food wrappers or picnic sandwiches right?"

"No those bags are filled with water guys, it's the water that does the trick..."

There are fly traps that take water at feed stores. The water enables the sticky stuff that draws the flies, and the top is a one-way opening so they can't get back out. Works great, but don't put it by the kitchen window

It does work and I have no idea why... Was at a bbq one time and there were sandwich bags full of water hanging up and not a fly in sight... Some things you just don't ask why about I suppose.
