.... 3rd tank of gas stolen within weeks !!!
IN IRVINE !!!... The Irvine Co started offerning subsidized housing and all sorts of shit
started happening. Neighbor had drivers side window bashed , stereo and nav stolen.
Another had passenger side window bashed and attache case taken... all within a well lit, gated community with patrolling security.....
Amazing !

Same thing happened in my neighborhood.
Turned out to be the newspaper delivery guy. He had every reason to be driving around early in the am and he could just say he threw the paper in the bushes and that's why he would be in the driveways.
We're in a recession...................there ain't shit to steal in the hood.............REAL thieves always go where the money is.........
If you're gonna steal , may as well do it in a high dollar area where you are less likely to get smoked by the registered owner of the car LOL

Dang, that's one of the places I was looking at to move to. Our Irvine office is right down the street in the Von Karman towers.
