Top it off with race gas and drive it all day.

Most cities have hazardous waste sites that take almost anything.
Had bad gas in a toyhauler once. Drained it in to 5gal buckets (maybe 25-30gal) and dropped it off at the one in Irvine on a Saturday, for free.
Thats the legal way.

Trust me when I say this gas is reallllll bad. Its needs to be drained.Top it off with race gas and drive it all day.
3 years at least. The smell of it is a dead giveaway that its real bad.
They make storm drains for a reason........
if that's the case, i wouldnt try using it by blending it off.
try to look up some kind of hazardous materials place for them to take.
