Default What Is The Fastest You Have Ever Been In A Boat???

So be Honest what is the fastest you've ever driven or ridden in a boat, With out making up any speed storys that are not truthful.

I will start, It was in a 24 HTM, And the driver asked me to hold the GPS for him for testing. We hit 111 MPH, But it flashed 118 mph one time So I was hoping it was 118 mph But I will stay with the 111 mph story.

So what speed is in your history books so far "truthfully".

So,why not say 118? You say you saw 118, then use 118 in your story.

Because it averaged 111 mph most of the time Across the lake [2 trips]. It only hit 118 mph just as we started to back off the throttle on the second run, So I can't be 100% sure, So 111 it is. Just being truthful.

Well, its your story. I still think 118 is 118 and that would be," being truthful". Anyway, 111 still fast. Got me beat. I haven't got into the triple digits yet. Take care, I bet we see some crazy speeds with this thread.

    27' Elminator Daytona 127mph
19' TPR Stealth 117 from a dead stop to approx 3000' Thrill ride
    19' Eliminator Daytona 96mph with a whacker
    21' Daytona 104 mph with a whacker

Ive seen a few drag boats (19' or less) last year hit the 135+ mark that was insane

Interesting story. Mine is the same. Holding a radar gun for Steve C on Castaic testing the HTM SS24 at 117.

while in the service i went home with a friend to his home town near lake cumberland. his next door neighbor had a MTI with two 1500 sterlings in it. we went for a ride i was about 26 years old at the time and before i new it we were doing 152 holy crap thats fast.

the fastest ive ever driven a boat was in my nextdoor neighbors DCB which i got up to 111ish then backed out of it do to lake congestion.
