Deal of the day!!

I went to Best Buy in Rancho to get my wife a Wii for xmas. It was going to be 300 with the new Wii Fit Plus. While there I glanced at a few tv's (as I was one of the people that hadnt stepped into the new generation yet). They had a deal there where you get $350 in gift cards for Best Buy if you sign up for Direct TV and buy a new tv 499 and up. We were planning on getting Direct anyways so we could take it to Glamis. Now we found a 46" lcd 1080, 120Hz that was 999. The Rancho Bestbuy is moving stores, so all the ones on the wall were 30% off. We were able to get it for 509! Oh and if you sign up to have your direct tv taken out of the account automatically you get another 100 gift card for american express.

509 tv -350 - 100 = $50 for a 46" lcd!

I know it was still 509 out of pocket expense, but I was going to buy a $300 Wii anyways, so now thats free. Essentially 200 more for a tv, and I get an American Express card for 100 also. Now gunna try to sell the old tv.

Hopefully we wont have that problem with them. Everyone I have talked (neighbors and friends) with has said they havent had any problems with them.

Not sure how that is. Never had a problem aiming them. Seems who ever installed yours doesn't know what there doing. Don't have any problems with my service either. And we just had 70mph winds.
