The Burj AL--- (the new name is from the guy that bailed them out Khalif something) is really strong- they've made a point of using much more reinforced concrete than the W trade centers and mentioned it would take a plane hit much better.
OF all the schemes in the world I cant believe these guys had to get a bail out from their neighbors. Talk about having it all - then f-ing it up. These guys take the cake.
Duabi is much more tolerant than Saudi, but still a religious led country.

I would suggest that the US Govt is doing just enough to keep BinLaden's head down but dont want to kill him. That would not only make him a martyr and thus a rally cry for extremists, but we would then have to figure out who, or how many, would replace him. With him a known quantity, and having leadership loyalty (think how Sadam kept Iraq together) we "confine" our enemies to a (more) manageable group and thinkset....
