Watched some of the action this evening. Definitely some nice cars on there.

Life is all about ass, you're either covering it, hauling it, laughing it off, kicking it, kissing it, busting it, trying to get a piece of it, or behaving like one.
Barret-Jackson is Bad ass. I went last year and there is a booth for every automotive product known to man....as well as booths for all the car manufacturers...and of course a couple of thousand vintage cars. Could not see it all in a day.
Those guy's are all over town right now. Next will be the Phoenix open, then the horse shows and culinary fest. Fun time to be here in Scottsdale.
I know a guy thats buying a plane ticket to China right now.
he "creased" the front right fender of Thunderflite yesterday unloading the car. I got a call late yesterday with this guy in a extream panic hoping I could fix it over night. My first responce was you can't paint when its raining and what is the paint?. .
it's a House of Color mix......and it's supose to go for auction on Saturday
we only have Dupont and PPG mix centers in Havasu, HOC stuff we have to order, that and NO WAY!! could I paint this shit or would I even try

Even if it was shot with a stock color (you mentioned it was a mix), an acceptable match is unlikely. Kinda "damned if you do, and damned if you don't" if you know what I mean. I assume it was the carrier that F'ed up. Sure hope they have enough insurance for a complete.
I was surprised to see a nice deuce go across the block last night. Figured it would have been a Saturday car. Prices seemed a bit soft last night even for first night. Should make for some enjoyable viewing this weekend.![]()
yea I am paying special attention this year, as I have about 60 cars backed up for restoration (landed a whole museum to restore), couple that caught my eye was the 61 metropolitan at $24k, and 72 442 at $26k, both are projects I currently have in process. I should have signed up to buy, I would have liked to have snagged that 68 galaxie fastback for $18k

My Dad is there now having fun. Hope he pulls the trigger on something cool.
Hope to be there later today. Look for me on the podium. I will be the guy that looks like me.!
