I got this petition via e-mail, seems opposite of what I, and most boaters, would want.
I like the availability of goods and services on the water. I don't know how we could petition the other way.... anyone?

Petition Against Allowing Shoreline Vendors At Rotary Park Beach and All Lake Havasu City Parks and Beaches in Thompson Bay

Dear Friends of Rotary Park & All Lake Havasu City Parks & Beaches in Thompson Bay,

The City staff and the BLM are drafting an agreement that would allow Shoreline vendors at Rotary Park & Beach and possibly other Lake Havasu City Parks & Beaches in the Thompson Bay area if allowed. By signing this petition, you acknowledge that you disapprove of any type of permanent or semi-permanent shoreline activity at all Lake Havasu City public parks and beaches.

This petition DOES NOT include short term special events (i.e. Fall Fun Fair, 4 th of July, car shows etc).

Please Fax Back by Tuesday Jan 26 th before 2pm or bring in person to City Council Meeting at 6pm - FAX (877) 890-0030
