Default I95 on the cali side...is it open?

Anyone know if the 95 on the california side between the I40 and the 62 (four corners) is open. gone through all the regular sites and contact the CHP and Caltrans. Getting conflicting info if it is open or not. Was curious if anyone was on it today. Trying to get to the Landing

Well, here is the end of the story. Headed out from Temecula on Friday and went the long way. up the 15, to the 40, down the 95 to Havasu Lake road to the landing. The 95 was closed, but they let me through since I had a place there. The drive from the 40 to HLR was torn up. Road was underminded at the edges in places. Going home on Sunday, I went the normal way Home. HLR, to 95 south to 4 corners, then right on to Rice road...... That way was much better. 95 south was fine though the road closed sign was still up at 4 corners. Mainly went out there because a buddy's place flooded a bit from the rain so we needed to make repairs (and do some off roading). Luckily my place was fine
