If they wrote it off of the police report thats how the described the suspect, I dont see the problem.
When filling in any Gov related form here by us you still need to indicate what race you are. Don't ask me why.

I am assuming that would be a South Africa news report. Here "colored" isn't PC and he would be referred to as "African-American" but there they would have to refer to him as "African-South African" and that just doesn't sound right.
I was just pointing out that the paper probably wrote it just like they received the information, if it were a white male i would expect them to describe the suspect in the same manner.
Get him booked, get him an attorney, have the trial, then take him out back and shoot him. Should be a done deal by lunch.
He probably won't see tomorrow any ways. The people here have a way of dealing with scum like that. They call it "Bush Court".
