I had a friend with an "early" set, back when the Navy would do the surgery on both active duty and dependents as practice for later combat skills. You can just imagine how long ago that was.... anyway, they were quite hard, and required daily massaging to break up the scar tissue (she was a freckle-face redhead). She was happy with the look, as was IMe personally i don't like them damn fake "Hard coconuts" or hacked up nips to get them, BUT i ain't gonna bitch about lookin at them!! bring on the boobies!!!
