I subscribed to it right before it went down last year, they just sent me a renewal notice and up to that point I had only got 2 issues. The first one got burned at CFW New Years
, the second and now the third I am saving for the Father's Day CFW bonfire.

I wonder if someone wrote a letter that was diplomatic around the fact that they really didn't like the editorial content, the name calling, etc., if it would ever be published?....

I have emailed some of the saff many times and have expressed both what I did like and did not like about the mag. in all caes they responded, thanked me for my input and from what I see the magazine is making progress in the right direction. although it is far from perfect it still gives me something to read when Im not out boating (as do all my mag subscriptions) and ironically enough ALL the mags have their fair share of typos, bad grammar, etc..

In the first letter they say that they don't resort to name calling and then on the same page they print a letter from some asshat that calls the former magazine models "sluts" . That's class.

True enough, but not as bad as HB. My all-time fave was the caption-clone article on rigging; they had the words under the pictures duplicated exactly on each pair of pictures..... very informative.

When read those so called letters I laughed too. "Cut out all the all the sluts" What a jokeThis is a continuation of a thread on RD but you have to check out the letters section in this months HB....if they didn't write them themselves, I'd be amazed.
I was actually laughing out loud who when one guy said that when he got "HO Boat" each month, he'd have to spend time cutting out all the sluts to make it Hot Boat....These guys just keep digging deeper and deeper....add in the typo's, grammar problems and my BFF Morgan.....can you say Titanic....
