OK, I'm not sure what "tbh" means....But I don't believe we should tax US job CREATORS; What I think we should do is make the tax code work in the US's favor- Tax the rich (Above 1 mil) at 35%....and have one break, for job creation....US job creation....and it comes after the jobs are created. Oh, yeah, and for the saints that move jobs overseas, a tax increase.....also, I think we should fix the "Pay CEOs bonuses for destroying companies" by having a 95% tax rate on Fired CEOs bonuses.....I know, I'm a damn rich-hating, commie lovin' super lib....but at least I'm not trying to do everything I can to bankrupt this country....There is a Tea bagger I know that wants the US to go belly up...then they'll move back to their original country.....Real Patriot, huh?
People of upper management usually do things for short term realized gain which earns them a huge bonus. However, this action will often severely hurt the company several years down the road. They are long gone, and saw the increased profits and there is no accountability as they are not their and nobody links it back to them anyways. I see it every day in my company. Taxes are a yearly thing and it will never be balanced. I don't see why the government should have the rights to limit what shareholders and boards pay their management. If you don't like how the company operates, don't buy their products. I see this everywhere. People hate big corporations but then whey they go into the grocery store they buy coke, tide and other products made by large companies. If you hate them so much, you the consumer needs to demand other products.
Didn't you vote for Barry? Then you voted to bankrupt this country... What's the difference?

I know....let's take all the rich and give each one of them a county...all the people in that county are the responsibilty of that rich person.....but then we make it so no laws apply to the rich, thereby allowing them to exterminate the lazy(Non-rich) people. You know the guy who ripped off CA "legitimately" because the dumb-azzes in CA went with a "Free-market" energy system? Remember how he bankrupted his company? How he ripped off all his employees? Then "Died" just before sentencing, after which the judge overturned his sentence? So his family can keep all the money he ripped off from.....everyone.....I bet he's your hero.....follows your motto; "Do unto others, then split!!!" Anyone who believes that Conservatives are all rich business owners or thinks that the demoncrat party gives a shit about the 'middle class' should be sterilized. Those genes need to be removed from the pool.
No, many conservatives are the ones who need a single-payer health system the most but are disallusioned by they're wealth or lack of. Try taking Medicare away and see how that goes for you. Fix it, don't throw it away.

Why oh why did Cheney have the guy fired who told him in 2001 that "We need to get the debt under control!"? Maybe because Gritty teeth doesn't think debt matters. You guys were having a big party when your own boys were running up a tab, but now......Oh no! We need to control the debt! I don't agree with everything Obama is doing, but I do know who screamed bloody murder and threatened to shut down the govt unless they got a temporary tax cut extended....that'll cut the debt.....oh, and by the way, the rich are getting big tax cuts and haven't created any jobs.....WTF, bufford? I and my woman were both very concerned about the debt during Bush. BTW, In 2001 we had a surplus and in 2002 we had a "-30bil" net with 2001.
Now you just ignore what's currently happening.
Still waiting for your SOLUTIONS, that's not blaming Bush for everything. Even if he was at fault for 100% of what you say. You still have no solutions here.
