Absofrigginlutly!!! Batistas whole in the Wall. Best you will find anywhere not just Las Vagas. My dear friend will not be there as we are meeting down south but it doesn't matter the food is always good authentic Italian Food! Mark

Batista's, you can't beat that place. And the Little guy that plays the squeeze box is classic....

Batistas is OK, I cant figure out if you tip the guy with the squeezbox to make him go away - or if he stays longer if you tip him.

The 4 Kegs if farther off the strip and the food is better- place is a dive for sure, but the food at the 4 kegs is the best.

WE ate at Batistas a few months back and it was really really good. Haven't found a place better that goes for "suthentic" Italian we had in Italy 2 year ago. When we were in Rome we couldnt find a good Spaghetii and meat balls or ANY Pizza for that matter. Most places we asked for Pizza and the didnt have any idea what we were talking about. Ordered my yong son spaghetti andsauce and they bought a bowl of pasta and a bottle of Ketchup.

Pasta and a bottle of ketchup????? Any Italian would be shot for that! I am not Italian but I do know batista and vittorio personally and know that they both are from Italy and would rather be shot than bring a bottle of ketchup to a table. It is back side of the strip and behind a "casino" but don't let the front door foul you. For those that know the "flame" steak joint, most of the good food spots are not on the front line! Mark
