It's too late, the ammo mfgr's have been running full tilt since the election in 2008... U cant even imagine how much ammo / brass / poweder / bricks of primers / kegs of bullets have been stockpiled... How could something this MAJOR which is "constructed in the spirit of the U.S. Constitution" be under such legal scrutiny??? Our nations citizen's health is too important! America is long overdue to reduce the Insurance industry coprorate profit motive in our healtcare ! Buy it it if you want it or just go with government provided Medicare to pay for your medical needs. American's should have that choice

You know that most all of us here agree that there is plenty of low hanging fruit to grab in the context of fixing problems in healthcare BUT…….. This is a quantum OVER reach by Oblaimo and has blown up in his face…
Regardless IF the S.C. rules on Oblaimo’s side, it STILL aint over, the fat lady hasn’t finished her opera…
One sure fire way to make health care MORE expensive is to add bureaucracy and red tape which is exactly what the federal government will do… Efficiency isn’t exactly their forte…
Q: Do you really think that a social contract that requires so much legal wrangling is really in the spirit of the constitution AND is with the consent of the taxpayers??? This might be the way they get things done in Chit-town but that isn’t going to fly in D.C….
