After the election of President Barack Obama, the Republicans made a public proclamation that their No. 1 priority was to make Obama a one-term president. Their top priority wasn't to balance the budget or rejuvenate the economy, bring peace in the Middle East or attempt to solve the problems in our medical care. Their priority one became an all-out attempt to obstruct the president, not to do what the country needed or requiredIn the two years that President Obama had a Democratic majority in Congress, it was all-out filibuster in the Senate. Even the president's appointments were filibustered so that a 60-vote majority was required, allowing the Republicans to obstruct virtually everything.
Mitt Romney is beginning to announce what he intends to do. He wants to give more tax breaks to the wealthy and eliminate any programs that benefit any wage-earner or average American. Any wage-earner who votes for Romney is straitght nuts
