Other than the name calling I agree with you. The rules apply to everyone.

I believe that rule #4 may actually apply, in this case.
Asking Z to list any positive accomplishments by O and his cronies could very well be a "moot" and insulting question, since we all know that there is no correct answer to JD's question.
I think JD may be "sanctioned" for asking what is clearly a question that can only lead to argument and combativeness, since no answer can be provided.
