I can tell you what I'm not going to do.
Spend the cash I've been building up to expand my facility. It was put on hold back in 2008 when the recession started and I almost restarted it this summer but decided to wait these extra months to see what November brings.
Sell my Pumps and Ph# rent out my Houses and move to Baja,Why stay here and make no money while I can do the same in Baja.

If there was, I would be already screwed due to the fact it takes a year to expand a facility of this size before it's usable. The question you should be asking is "Is there going to be demand to support (and pay for) it in the future". This is where your intelligence shows lack of actual experience. You sound like a textbook.
I started it in 2007 because of a string of long term growth signaled it was going to be needed. I had to plan ahead to where things would be in 6 months to a year (time to expand facility). Things changed in 2008. While revenues have recovered, the long term growth prospects have still not returned. And that was why it was begun in the first place. In 2007 I was planning. Now I don't know what to plan for. Make sense? You can't wait for demand to increase before you expand. You have to increase capacity first. It's an investment and a risk (hence capital gains taxes on things like this are lower i.e. higher risk). If I had the demand already, I would have already lost it due to not being able to provide for it.
If you ever did have your own business, you would understand the amount of over analyzing that goes into most of my decisions. This isn't a classroom and there is no predetermined right and wrong answer as your question above seems to picture it.
Even if there is a small demand for possible expansion right now doesn't mean it won't dry up later if O gets re-elected. And then anybody who spent thier money would have his ass blowing in the wind. But of course if you had any experience you would know this. You fit right in with all the unacomplished text book morons.
