After the Citizens United ruling and the more recent ruling against Montana to overturn Citizens United I believe the Supreme Court has been corrupted and is no longer interested in preserving the constitution. They obviously have another agenda which is to suppport an elitist form of governnance controlled by the wealthy.
So what you are saying is you only have a voice in anything(freedom of speach) if it comes from a singular person period. Freedom of speach is for individuals only. Then I guess that means there can be no rally's or protests as that would be considered a group of people and freedom of speach is for individuals only.
If you voted for Obama to prove you were not racist, then you better find someone else to vote for to prove your not stupid.

Some how communist/socalist groups like the teachers union, the SEIU are singular individuals. Stock holders in Ford, GE, and Boeing are not. How fucked up is that reasoning?

I believe this will happen because the individual mandate was a Republican idea in the first place and it is a real money maker for the insurance companies !

The SC did what the SC does, it supports corporations. The health insurance corporations are going to make tons of money because of the individual mandate. You just got taxed to make the health insurance companies rich.You do get some benefits however from the whole deal.
