After all the libtards saying it wasn't a tax, it IS a tax and upheld as a TAX......The idea it is a tax excludes any decision about the commerce clause..... So now Romney can say the dims raised taxes and he'll repeal the TAX...Seems they upheld it...

I knew the sponge would be happy. That's Ok this will give romney some real ammo as the vast majority of people do not want it. So campaigning on repeal of the law will be very very good for Romney.
If you voted for Obama to prove you were not racist, then you better find someone else to vote for to prove your not stupid.

The 26 states that challenged the law WON... The idea that the feds can force the states to fund additional Medicaid or suffer a penalty was shot down.... So once again, obamacare won't/can't work. It IS a victory for the states....So, the very people this was suppose to help will still go without...

The socialist agenda continues. We now have socialized medical care as this new law will slowly force private insurance companies out of business or to raise their premiums so high that only the very wealthy could afford them. What is the strangest thing about this whole deal is (if you research it) Obamacare is not applicable to certain members of the White House including O and his close friends. They are excluded from the mandate in the fine print. Not that they have any financial worries about insurance but it is funny to see that they made sure certain individuals were not part of the collective.
