Roberts and the court clearly stated the individual mandate must be seen as a tax in order for it to be mandated. Now the Kenyan has lied one more time about his campaign promise to NEVER raise taxes on anyone who makes less than $250K because this applies to the middle class as much as anyone and they just got hammered with a new, very unwelcome tax that he'll have to explain himself away from come November.

This could also have a big affect on congresional elections this year also. Many will campaign to repeal OCare. We know a large majority want it scrapped or changed, and with the dems they will get niether.

Splitting hairs...It was said there wouldn't be additional taxation involved with the health care law & there is, no two ways about it.
I think Roberts overstepped and became another judicial activist. His rational for making a fine a tax has other implications on other future taxes that can be imposed.
