Naw...that wasn't the holder/zero deal. It was in fed court but it was a civil suit filed by some latrin-hose who think they got their toes stepped on....

As for the holder/zero deal, I would be surprised if it even made it before a judge. Holder doesn't have a real case.If he did he would be all over Sheriff Joe in an attempt to discredit him on the b/c deal.

I bet holder has at least a dozen different lawsuits in as many states over profiling/civil rights/illegal immigration issues.....just a bunch of in-justice dept. noise. There is one thing that does have holders unmutherphukindivided attention....Daryl Issa......

And thinking Issa is where all the evidence from c c posse ends up at too.

B/C problem belongs to congress....they let it get by them in the first place, although for them to willing address the problem is little more than them admitting that they own the biggest screwup in the history of this country.

Ozero has an enemys list that would make Nixon's enemy list look tiny in compairason. Lets go back to when the auto cos bailout was going on. In the south-east states, of the 298 Chrysler/Dodge dealerships that were shut down by the bailout agreements 297 of these dealerships were known Republican contributors. Ozero didn't even try to make it look like he/they were just doing the government's business. This guy will stop at nothing to eliminate the Republican party and to ensure Democrats rule government for years to come.
