So if I call you a racial antagonist, does it make it true or is it just an accusation? Not knowing you or encountering you in person, it would just be conjecture because of our differences in opinion. Much like the Latino are doing to him. Officers cannot just pull people over because they think that they may be here illegal. That is the regulation attached to the law. Once contact is made, identification is requested. If the identification is not accurate or cannot be authenticated, they are held.
If you're for a complete open border or just against anything that a conservative is for, then you're a fool. If you have a better idea for him to enforce immigration laws, I'd love to see it.

Land mines, machine gun towers, and a bunch of unemployed East German border guards should do the trick, a couple of one legged swiss cheesed joses should send a clear message this ignoring of our borders and souvernitiy will no longer be tolerated.

OK, some one smarter than me please explain this racial profiling crap...

I'm going down the street at night. I just left a well lit gas station and forgot to turn on my lights until I was 1/2 way down the block.... I get stopped by a cruiser that was going the other way... FIRST thing he says is: "Your LICENSE, REGISTRATION, and proof of INSURANCE"....(my papers)...

Pedro XXXXXXX does exactly the same thing I did, gets stopped, and is asked for the exact same documents I was asked for......He screams racial profiling???? Oh, he DOESN'T have a license, registration, or insurance....... NOW the Maricopa County Sheriff asks if he is in the country ILLEGALLY?..... Duh, guess what.......

So how is my traffic stop different? Just because I HAD the requested, REQUIRED documents, chances are I got a warning, right???

Why do people think they can just drive around without a license, registration, or proof of insurance and feel immune to OUR LAWS???.....

I might just move to Maricopa County so I can vote FOR Sheriff Joe and encourage him to continue doing his JOB of enforcing the LAW....
