A Glimpse Into The Future..... Maybe?

Found this posted on another forum. I found it a very interesting read. I believe it's very close to what I envision happening in regards to gun control and the potential conversion to a socialist America. This essay is a little long but, I think, pretty interesting. It's written by former Navy Seal and author Matt Bracken;

While I agree with what you say, I would add that many people are just awakening to the threat our own Government poses to us. I've said it before, 10 years ago I would have called everyone of you guy's tin foil hat, conspiracy theorists, wackos. Now, I'm proudly one of you. Many people have been ringing this bell for some time, as you say. But now, I think people are starting to actually see what others have been warning them about. I'm amazed how much has changed in just the last 5 years. The purpose for sharing articles like this one is to give those people looking for answers an opinion other than MSM. We will need all the help we can get if we stand any chance in reclaiming an America that even remotely resembles anything we all new growing up. Sharing information is one way of fighting back. You never know who might see an article like this, and others shared here, and who it might influence.

I agree 100%. Although China owns us financially right now, at some point they may want (need) territory and resources as well. I see them and NK supplying our terrorist enemies with WMD's at some point and hoping that they use it against us and then stepping in after when our attention is focused away. Probably not in my lifetime but future generations may have to deal with this scenario.

I honestly see (maybe even hope) OUR Country splits into 2 separate countries at some point in the future. I say let the libbys have their half and the conservatives have their half and both sides can make a go of it. Once you are in your side though, there is no switching. You made the choice, you own it and live with it. I am pretty sure I know which side will succeed and which side will become a 3rd world nation.
