Just took 3 polls on AOL.com ck this out.What do think about Health care reform well it fix the mess (very 8% somewhat 22% not at all 70%)Did OB. do what he needed last night( 45% yes 55 No)How would you vote Tday 275000 polled (37% OB 63% McCain)

That poll is so slanted! That poll isn't representative of the actual voting pool. That poll, blah, blah, blah. The reality of the situation is Obama has been falling in the polls for the last few months. He had an uninterrupted media frenzy for several months with virtually no negative press. His numbers have steadily been going down. Why is that? Its just my opinion, and really doesn't mean squat, but it sure seems more and more people are actually looking at what this man has done, and hasn't done. Obama truely doesn't have much substance to run on. Its no coincidence that its getting increasingly more difficult to find polls that show him performing well.

National polls don't mean anything due to the Electoral College System, which I think should be abolished

I don't know where that website you referenced gets their information, but its way out of wack. I compared the numbers from my home state(current local polling) with that site, and both races I looked at were off by atleast fifteen points. If thats any indication of how accurate the site is, then the national numbers are just as inaccurate. Obamas own campaign here awknowledges that they are down by about five points to McCain, but state that they think they can close the gap. That site has Obama up by fifteen points.

Maybe you should read up on the reasons why the electoral college was created. Out founding fathers had no idea that we would have telephones, televisions, airplanes etc.
