It means nothing. If it rains on an even numbered day in Kansas, or if the moon has a star near it, or if the troll down the street does her laundry at night, any and all of the above can disrupt the market. I just hope a few more speculators went belly up.........Don't worry, the shock and awe of last night shall also pass........MP

HONK if you voted for obama........
It's that button in the middle of the steering wheel........
Thanks money, that cleared it up for me...
It has nothing to so with the election.
Both parties are promising stuff they will never deliver on and that is already priced into the market.
The US economy is in the tank and will be for a long, long, very long time.
We are in very bad shape, and the reality is starting to sink in that bad financial will times be sticking around with no end in sight.
Cheap credit and people over extended with it, people buying homes with no money,, free spending by our Govt has killed the value of the American dollar.
Neither party has any workable plan to strengthen the dollar.
If Obama gets his something for nothing free entitlement programs passed it will murder the dollar even furthur.
The Canadian dollar is now closer in value to the US dollar.
It won't go up much more because they have a welfare state economy too. But, the Canadian dollar won't sink back down too far because they know when to stop with the crazy something-for-nothing spending, and both currencies are low in value, all things considered compaired to most the worlds currencies.

Your direction, not your intention, leads to your destination
Not to disagree with basic statements, but Canadian dollar closer to 94 cents US for the last little while ( 90 cents on credit card statements). Seems to go up and down with the price of oil more so than anything else.
