I think we are seeing more and more of Obama's lack of being able to think on his feet. Although I don't think his Lipstick on a Pig comment was directed at Palin, but he should have known that with the lipstick jokes after Palins speech that people would think he was directing it at Palin.
I agree it wasn't but some people do look at that stuff for primary reasons to vote for or against someone.
I think Palin is going to shake up some of the women who thought they were for Obama.
Shock and awe and I have not seen any recovery since the Shock broke. I was shocked.
There is no doubt in my mind he purposly chose those words to slight Palin. Obama could've been direct when speaking about McCains stance on issues, about how his are better, different and such. Instead he took lowbrow cheap shot and ended up looking like an asshat.
Whats better still is how he's reacting to the media about it. He blames everyone but himself for his choice of words.

I'm actually begining to believe that also. They are reporting that the speaker before Obama was making jokes about the "Lipstick and Bulldog" line. So when Obama started to say it the crowd was already laughing.
that's ok because the abortion smear is really going to play havock. It didn't come from the Obama camp but Carol Fowler is a major player in the Dimowittic party. And the nation is seeing Dims as they are.

Why do you say that? He and everyone else has been comparing his experience to Palen's rather than McCaine's. Probably one of the reasons he is falling in the polls. When you spend your time trying to prove you have more experience than the VP of the other side instead of the Pres. elect. It leaves the instant understanding that the other party's junior candidate, the less qualified one, is so similar, then the senior candidate, is certainly more experienced and far better qualified.
Sounds like Obama's "gaffe" of intruducing Biden as "the next PRESIDENT of the US", is a bit more realistic than just simply Freudian.
