Mexico to have say in A.Z. sb1070 case

Are you kidding me, Mexico is being allowed to submit legal brief and have a say in federal court in the case of The fed's vs Az. sb1070

I thought this would get some kind of response, I know people were good and mad when the President of Mexico came over and gave us a scolding on A.Z. immigration laws, now they are being allowed to participate as a "plaintiff" alongside our government against one of our sovereign states........

that guy and obama should go scuba diving together in a very deep ocean far far out to sea...

Maybe Az.should sue Mexico.....some kind of leash law deal, or maybe
failure to keep the animals properly retrained.....

I am am thinkin the case made it this far just because we are neighbors
just going through to motions,before they throw it under the bus
I can't help but wonder if they even read sb 1070....was it translated into spanish.....

Just more government BS..burnin up money at twice light speed,trying to justify all that money.....doing the look busy, but don't accomplish anything deal

A very good and interesting point. Anytime an illegal is caught committing a felony against a US citizen, that citizen would sue the Mexican Government, and Pres Calderon personally, for not having it's citizens under control, making Mex responsible for damages. If it can be shown that illegal has sent money back to Mexico, the money's recipient's properties should have a lien filed against them.

The only way we are gonna stop these illegals is to take action through the court systems. If Holder steps in and tries to fight US citizens' rights to use the courts, then it will be more "wake-up" calls showing the WH and the Fed are not taking care of the US citizenery and have separate agendas from what their offices were intended.

Mexico has no authority in the outcome of this case. All they have is an opportunity to air their views.

If American citizens were being hassled in another country, the US government would try to represent those people.

It's not like the case is being tried in a Mexican court. The trial will be based entirely on US federal law.

Mexico has zero standing in US Federal Court. About the only thing they could file, and actually be accepted by the court, is a "Friend of the Court" brief that adds information, not demands, or "relief" requests...... I have stayed away from the PRF for a few days in order to get my health back under control....OK, that is a lie, I've been, oh perish the thought, boating, and too busy to even read about this ridiculous administration's antics...... I listened to FOX this morning, and the entire DOJ agenda is just beyond any logical description/comprehension.... On the bright side, "it", the agenda of obama, is political suicide...... Wait until the State's legal challenges to obamacare starts......

Would you consider it over reacting if 20 million foreign vermin invaded your country and your fellow citizens were pissed off?
