No shock really, but a shame to see the people's vote get tossed out by a lib judge. If my memory is correct, same thing happened in the 90"s to Cali's versions of dealing with the huge influx of illegal aliens Prop 187. Passed over whelmingly by the voters and then tossed out by a lib judge in the 9th circuit. Unlike AZ, our governor at the time didn't like Prop 187 so he did not pursue like the governor or AZ is doing.
