Makes me wonder if this might be seen as the equivalent of the South raising up regiments prior to the War between the States.

Thousands of armed civilians with extremely little training? What could go wrong?

I predict lots of shootings, some of which might even be Mexicans.

... now before you go all Yosemite Sam on me, I'm absolutely in favor of this idea. I'll be glued to the news watching for casualty count.

Ya think? There's already lots of shootings. Some lead flyin the opposite direction would be a nice change though.

While the border still looks like a broken dam, lately Arizona has not been the chosen crossing point of the informed illegal.

They probably heard 'the crazy gringos are coming' and figure it would be safe to swim over to Texas rather than taking the chance of getting shot by some unemployed republican just out huntin 'cans'.

lol, I used this publications as a source and was chided by Doc for using such a liberal rag. He is silent on this one.

So..a week's worth of training by no less than the frikking National Guard eh? Think there might be a few "friendly fire" issues? Hell, half the hunters out there can't distinguish between friend or foe without an orange vest.

So is that how it would be? Militia wearing orange vests? This has got to be frikking joke.
