So they are now really comparing Obama to Carter. I think Jimmy is smiling now knowing that his legacy as arguably the worse president in American history may be coming to an end.

At least he lived long enough to see someone else claim the title from him.

In TK's book, he says that Carter was completely unwilling to work with anyone whom he considered a Washington insider, and he considered anyone outside his administration a Washington insider.
