I know Sen John Breaux from Louisiana was claiming two different residents in different states. As far as I know he didn't get in trouble, but then he's a damn Democrat too.

I hope he is kept off the ballot but have my doubts he will be knowing how corrupt the admin is. Some back door deals will get this pushed to the front and resolved in his favor most likely. Money talks....

Rahm is trying to claim the same exemption given to soldiers and sailors when it comes to States residency issues. Because of the Soldiers Sailors Civil Relief Act (SSCRA) they can maintain their state of residence while serving in the armed forces. Rahm wants to modify this in his own liking by saying that his time in Washington is service to the Government and he should be treated the same way as soldiers and sailors do under the SSCRA.
Wow.....leave it to the corrupt Democrat and the corrupt Chicago machine to try and find a loophole.

Look at it through a liberal's eyes. Barry didn't have to provide a BC, why should Emanuel have to provide residence?
