The2012 Boating Toys For Tots Tour is a boating event like no other . Weask that boater bring a new toy and your boat to the Quality Inn ofPalatka Fl. There we will have a Captains meeting at 10AM SaturdayNov 17 . The Tour will start at exactly 11:30 and run down the StJohns River to the Welaka city dock were the US Marines will bewaiting to collect your toys and gifts . This is followed by a lunchat the Welaka lodge and later a live band party at the host hotel.


OnFriday the Nov 16 there will be a lunch run from the dock at theQuality Inn to Crescent city. Boaters will meet on the dock and readyfor the 11Am run to Crescent city for lunch and then back to the hosthotel for a live band party.


TheBoating Toys for tots tour is FREE to anyone who brings a toy and goon the toy run .We welcome all boaters. There is a small charge forregistration , this gives you admission to the parties an eventT-shirt and participation in the dozens of prizes that will be givento guests. Registration is only about the price of a T-shirt .


Pleasenote that this event is a toy collection drive not a race or a speedevent and discretion should be used as these waterways have no speedlimits and no special safety provisions are in pace for this event .Please be safe. No jetskis please .
