Can a racer with membership in the ADBA come race at Ming? Do you have to pay membership fees to NJBA also?

Yes you would need to have a NJBA membership to race for the weekend. You can purchase a weekend membership with them for a single race. if you were wanting to be in the running for points you would then need a full racing membership.
