Default fuel gauge sending unit combo?

Hi Mike. I'm thinking about a fuel gauge, it's the only one I haven't replaced, and the only one that doesn't work. The rest are autometer pro comp marine(white). My current sending unit may be o.k I just tested it empty, and read 120 ohms I haven't tested it full yet, just curious what it should be for the autometer gauge to be accurate. Thanks in advance. Btw is your rubrail up on your site yet?

Most aftermarket senders read 240 ohms empty and 33 full. I do not know of any that read 120 empty that are popular. No rubrail on site yet

I hear there's some guy on the forum that carries them.

The inductive type work very well too (Centeroid), no moving parts. You have run an additional wire to them though. We have both these and the traditional float type.

Those are way cool, so that should bolt in place of my current sending unit? When I first looked at it I couldn't see the bolt holes at all, now I kinda do.

Yes they will replace the standard senders.
