These coolers are top of the line. I personally own one that I purchased in 1992 at the LA Boat Show and am still using it. It has never leaked and has been on trips everywhere you can imagine. I've gone through several other cheaper coolers in the same period that were given away at race events, etc. They all failed in a relatively short time. Thin cheap liners don't get the job done. You get what you pay for at the discount stores.
