Thru hull fittings

Hi, i have your water inlet fittings in my Transom (Part number 483104)

I'm wondering if the 10 AN fittings with a hose barb ( i am using rubber hose)
will screw onto the thread inside the boat?
The Fitting i have in mind is a Straight hose end with hsoe bard-
Like this -Part number 404-10

I'll need to buy the stainless fittings again as i have currently modified( read destroyed) my existing ones to adapt a hose barb to them to get it useable. If you have screw on fittings i'll get them through you otherwsie i'll just buy the thru hull fittings and get the AN fittings locally- assuming they will work together.
