    40 weight. I heard there was a possible problem with lifters or something like that if you use the wromg oil.

    15w-50 Dominator is probably the best oil you can put in any marine engine! We have done some extensive testing and have seen some of the cleanest wear with this product. This is our AMSOIL recommendation or 40wt Kendall Racing oil! -Eric
