    Oil normal, fuels fine.....

He has put a scanner on it, it is not throwing any codes.
I suggested to change the CPS, he did, no change.
The valve cover gasket clip has been changed, not it.
He put in a new IDM 4 months ago, what are the chances that computer went out again? Does Ford have a warranty on them?

Are you saying its a old idi or a powerstroke, if they hooked it up to a scan tool it should be a powerstroke which most certainly does have a hp oil pump, if the pressure is a little below what it takes to trigger the injectors or bouncing its will run like that.
Edit i just watched the video again it, check the hp oil pump and ipr pressure.

it can be, the injector system requires a pressure to make the injectors atomize correctly, and if the hp oil pump is bouncing or the ipr is messing up, the dont work right and can do that..
