16" drop hitch

Does anyone know where to get a polished stainless 16" drop hitch.

Good luck with that one...ur going to have to have it made..and if I was dropping 16"I would use 4130 chrome moly solid .....with gussets.....

at 16 inches gussets are an absolute must. no matter what kind of metal you are using. good luck with that search.

I found plenty of 16" drop hitches. But none that are polished stainless.

I think grunion is a member on the boards. If not he was on hotboat. Maybe I should call him and see if he can do it in stainless.

get it, have it high speed hand polished and have it cleared. might be cheaper

i was talking about if you could not find polished stainless. like an aluminum one or something

IMO FRIEHL makes the best heavy duty drop hitches. The weight ratings are high for such a long drop. I know you wanted stainless, unsure if they make stainless but their welds/chrome/fit and finish are awesome. Plus they're made out of solid steel and not tubing. Hope this helps.

if you have one made u might want to think about having them mave some rod triangler mounts made to go with it due to the fact that afer towing with a 20inch ajustable on my burbn it had in (short) time it snaped the brackets on the hitch itself and peeled it and folded the whole thing up under the back of my burbn JUST my little experince if it means anything..
