Request input on the chevy 8.1L

I have a 2004 2500HD 4x4 truck. It already has gibson headers, true dual exhaust (3inch), spin tech 3inch mufflers (I know, but the price was right), K&N cold air set up, and I have a hypertec programmer III on the way. Any other goodies to help with power and or mileage?? Is a cam swap or intake upgrade available and or worth it? I would love to slap a blower on it, but I haven't had the welth re-distributed to me yet.

not alot you can do man, think you've bout covered it all already. if you had a sbc in it, i know someone with a procharger set-up for sale for a ls sbc that'd make more useable power than the bigblock is.

I have an 04 gmc 1500 ext. cab longbed with the 5.3 in it would that procharger work in my truck.
