Suburban rear door lock

I just bought a 1999 (old body style) suburban, for some reason the rear door will not lock with the remote or the button have to use the key. I pulled the rear panel the acuator is hooked up, so i checked to see if it was getting power when using the lock button and it doesnt appear to be. Does anyone know what or were i should be looking next.

mine is the same, I prefer it this way.
