    Default Duramax Intake?

Its about time I replace my airfilter and I am thinking about getting an intake system. Are they worth it on these trucks?? Which is the best? Where should I get one?
The truck is an 07 classic chevy duramax.

    Thanks,
    Kyle

yep, those round factory filters flow like a mofo! i like k & n set-ups but there's no real big gain with them unless you're adding a free flowing exhuast(which is tuff on the new dmax exhaust)

The diesel forums, right. True authorities. I guess the guaranteed and repeatable HP numbers are fake. The 20 million people running K&N's for the last 40 years are all blowing up motors too. And don't forget about the oil and MAF sensors

If you wanted to add to your creditability you'd provide a larger version of your avatar for closer inspection of the K&N filters in question...

Unfortunately I cannot remember the web site I borrowed her from. It was a Mustang parts site, that I remember. One of our sales reps sent me the link and she's been my avatar since December 2001

I run the Volant intake and exhaust on my D-max and love em. I would suggest doing both if you can.
