Found a diesel truck but worried about smog

So, I think I found the truck that I want to purchase but I am not sure about the modifications.
The registration is up in a few months.
It will need to be smogged when I re-register it or have the current owner provide me with a current smog certificate.

It's a 1999 Ford F250 Auto transmission
These are the modifications:

Edge Attitude fuel control +80 hp, +200 ft-lb torque
Magnaflow 4" exhaust
It still has the catalytic on the exhaust.

Will it pass emissions test or what will I have to do for it to pass?

just put the stock tune back on, and remove the edge from the vehicle.
And any other visible performance items. all they really do is a visual, and
a quick rap smoke check, and they check for active codes.....
