    Angry SO This JACKASS Hits Me

    Any DIY kits that you may recommend for me to fix this

    Thank Joe Warlock deck with red flames

    This guy backs in to my wife and kids as they are tied at the dock waiting for me to get the trailer......mind you it is not crowded plenty of room WTF

    ouch if there's not to much glass damage, ya might try a gelcoat repair kit from a hardware store. most of those kits come with white gelcoat since 99% of bathtubs are white. use lil of that on it and slap a keelguard over it.

    Dare to be different, if it turns out great you can claim you planned it that way.

    Take it to a boat dealer shop for a Quailty repair job done right that should not be more then $600.00 max, Is the guy paying for it?

    For the repair I would go see Todd Griggs@TRG Fiberglass he is the man in my book when it comes to glass and gell repair.

    He payed me some money on the spot....should have got more (300) what I got....was talkin with people and one guy did repair on his and it looked good was going to try it my self..

    you might want to check out islander marine all they do is repairs like this they are in ontario on brooks west of mountain. had some bow work done there on my boat from hitting my own trailer coming in crooked it was a colored area and you cant even tell

    I went hi to be safe you should be close to the real cost of it at $300.00-400.00, On average I,m thinking it looks like around three hours labor plus $75.00-100.00 in stock supplies, gel coat acetone tape ect, A qt of gel coat can be pricey at times if you hade to buy it from suppliers. Sorry to hear about your bad day on the water at least it was at the end of the day.

    stuff worked good and used 800 & 1200 grit paper to smooth out
    box came with every thing you need
    the only bad thing I thought I had good color match but when it dried was a little darker
    for small to medium repairs this is the stuff
    I am going to try some more sanding to even it out a tich

    your lucky only a single color damage.easy fix call mfg on color used for perfect match looks like eskimo white gel coat. once had a idiot run a prop down a 7 color gel coat on a daytona. thanks to bob leachs crew at eleminator did a great jobt he guy who hit me wife paid cash. and brought her girl friend over they both really took good care of me almost forgot about the boat.
