Olds 455 rocker arm adjustment

Does anybody out there have a opinion on rocker arm adjustment on a olds 455? hot or cold?

I think it's 'torque the bolts to 35 lbs'

If they are hydraulic lifters go to the bottom of the lobe zero lass and quoter turn. Thats what the book says.

stock olds set up isnt adjustable.....short of buying different length pushrods.
