    Default Diamond Tuck Upholstery

Does anyone know of a supplier where you can buy ready made diamond tuck vinyl? I'm in Sacramento, CA so local suppliers or web sites are welcome.

That's what I've been told. It's all sewn up when ordered. Use to be you could buy it off the roll. It is old school.

That stuff is still available. I usually see it at swap meets or at the junk yards where the guys sell stuff outside. Pick your part etc. I assume you're doin an old school redo. If its not marine vinyl it wont last three years and top stitched in a boat doesn't last either because of the perferations.

Most "ready made" Diamond tuck is not sewn, but heat treated/melted seam stuff & won't last in the heat... You can get it at Denio's Farmer's Market & Auction in Roseville..

i dont recall the name of the co. but check in some of the biker mags, or chopper shops, i recently read an article about a co. that was making the retro chopper seats and their ad showed several colors of the diamond pattern , even in metal flake , so the ready made fabric is still out there.

I had my complete interior (floor, frames, everything) redone in 2005. I had Eliminator do it, and I should get another 20 years out of it.

Any shop that does real tuck and roll can do diamond tuck. I trusted Eliminators talant to keep the seams straight, and use correct thread, etc...

Here is another one with real tuck and roll(not mine)

Do it once and it will look good for 20 years
