No doubt Bob Devine is president. Would only figure he could get the boat to Needles but not to Parker. Seems to be the way it is with trailer queens. I understand Bob has been working on the bottom so the it fits the bunks better.

Those guys will spend waaay more time in the water in a week than the racers in a weekend. Will they be going faster for longer? No. Will they get more seat time in the water than you Bob? Absafockinlutely!

Well it turned out after all the false rumours from people that weren't even at Puddingstone of the block being split and the crank in three pieces after going thru the bottom of the boat, it turned out it was nothing like that and my tiny ass funds were more than sufficient to repair the massive damage. A bigger concern was not haivng it happen again at Parker, because it turned out not to be a tuning error and we didn't have sufficient time to make all the required corrections to assure it didn't happen again. We dodged a bullet at Parker and everything turned out OK. But I do need to get it back apart and fix the problem correctly. I learned one think, anything you can do yourself, you better. because the other guy might not really give a shit!

but it turned out to be pretty minor regardless what all the none present experts may have thought.
As for the view of Joey's transome, it wasn't nearly as bad a veiw as his view of the points.
