Default Back on the right side of the fence

After 15 years of being a jetboat guy, today I jumped the fence. Along with my lifelong friend Chris we made a deal to buy Tim Ketlinski's (aka Lolyfe) 88 Mako. I haven't always been a jetboat guy, I owned the 19' Sanger that Rattle Can Lou is restoring for his buddy Woody for 17 years. It's ironic that while my old sanger is in Bosie, we bought a flat also located in Bosie. Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and I'm sure I'll be looking for advice from you guys soon. Here's a pic of the Mako....

What a way to jump back in, that thing is pretty bad.

At 9:12 in this video your boat is pulling away from Tony Scarlata in the red boat.

Yeah, I understand you gave him a couple of beers and he started giving up all our secrets, LOL.... The Mako will be Chris' river hotrod. I can't wait to see him peddle it..

No we didn't. I have a couple we will try. One is a blown alcohol deal, I don't think Chris is ready for that, I know I'm not! Also have a blown 572 gas motor that made 900hp. That's what we'll start with.

I told you I'd get him for spilling the beans on my secret project. This isn't Chris' first time driving a flat either. He's got a lot of seat time in the ole Sanger, he'll be okay.
