shaft log seal

Had a chance to launch the boat and walk around it while it was floating. I noticed that the shaft log seal was leaking. Not bad just a drop every 5-10 seconds. Is this normal? If not what is the best fix?

I make these and sell them for $55...1", 1 1/8" and 1 1/4"....lighter than the heavy brass housings with a loose fitting bore that wears out just the top of the seal lip

Shoot a little grease to it before you go out .

What grease is the good stuff? Newbie question
